"Bulgarian rose oil" is the essential oil obtained by distillation of Rose Damascena flower petals. A quality requirement is set referring to the approved harvesting areas, time and duration of rose picking, specifics of the production process and yields, etc. The specific distinctive qualities of Bulgarian Rose oil are rich and lasting aroma, pale yellow-green color and a balanced composition of volatiles and hydrocarbons.
